It doesn't have to be all or nothing this January


Small changes to your daily life can make a huge difference!

Who said lifestyle changes had to be all or nothing?

If you’ve followed me for a while you’ll know my thoughts on New Years Resolutions and sticking with them

Your move to making positive changes doesn’t have to be ground breaking earth shatteringly fast and furious .

Start small and make a few simple changes each day.

These small changes can add up over time to give you lasting results.

💓Cut out refined carbohydrates, such as white bread, white rice, and sweets, or limit intake.

💓Add two more servings of veggies at each meal

💓Drink three more glasses of water each day. Swap a sugary drink for water

💓Add 10 minutes of walking to your daily exercise regimen – not just a gentle walk but at a brisk pace.

Be patient .. change takes time and consistency . Don't hit Jan 1st hoping for unrealistic results by Jan 2nd.. This will lead to giving up when they are not achieved as fast as you'd hoped.

By making small sustainable changes you will achieve lasting results.
